LeeAnn G. Syme and Timothy J. Giltinan will be presenting at an upcoming seminar for the National Business Institute.  The seminar, "Protecting Your Assets While Qualifying For Medicaid," will take place on Friday, November 18, 2016 and will offer PA Continuing Education (CLE) Credits. 

The full day seminar will run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and will provide an overview of asset protection strategies and crisis management tools that elder law attorneys, financial advisors and social workers can use to help clients plan for long-term care.

For those unable to attend the event, it is possible to purchase the recording and/or course book of the seminar. For the full day event, attendees will earn 6.0 PA CLE credits.  Attorneys and paralegals interested in attending the event can register by going to nbi-sems.com.

LeeAnn G. Syme will be teaching "Writing Your Will" as part of CCAC's Community Education Program.  The class will cover are the documents that every person should have as part of their estate plan including: wills, powers of attorney, and health care directives.  The program will also include a discussion on guardianship, Pennsylvania inheritance tax, and what really happens if you die without a will.
